WHAT ARE THE PRODUCTION TIMES?
Each of our pieces is made by hand, on demand, in our Bordeaux workshop. The production time is 3 weeks maximum, to which is added the classic time of the shipping method chosen. You will receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.

WHAT SHIPPING METHODS ARE AVAILABLE?
To make your life easier, we offer three delivery methods:
- shipping to a relay point (4 euros)
- home delivery (8 euros)
- withdrawal service at Les Grisettes for Bordeaux residents (free)

CAN I RETURN MY ORDER IF IT DOESN'T SUIT ME?

You can return your pieces within 14 days, undamaged, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging.
For that :
- Contact Customer Service mentioning your order number, the items you wish to return and the reason for your return.
- As soon as your return request is validated, you will receive a Mondial Relay label by email.
- Drop off your package at a relay point.
- You will receive a refund to the payment method used for the order. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
Make sure your return is not damaged or stained. Our team reserves the right to refuse a return that is not compliant.

IS IT POSSIBLE TO MAKE AN EXCHANGE?
